This Shipping & Delivery Policy governs the shipment, dispatch, transportation and delivery of physical products purchased through the OccultHope website. Upon successful placement of an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp or any other communication method provided during checkout. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order. OccultHope reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel or limit any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, inaccurate customer information or operational constraints.

OccultHope shall make reasonable efforts to ensure timely dispatch of orders. However, OccultHope shall not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, transit interruptions, logistical disruptions or delivery failures caused by courier companies, transportation providers, customs authorities, governmental agencies or other third parties involved in the shipping process.

Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate and up-to-date delivery information including name, address, landmark, postal code, contact number and any other information necessary for successful delivery. OccultHope shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional charges or losses arising from incorrect, incomplete or misleading delivery information provided by the customer.

Risk of loss and ownership of products shall pass to the customer upon successful delivery to the address provided during checkout or upon handover to the designated recipient. Any dispute regarding delivery shall be supported by delivery records, courier confirmations or proof of delivery obtained from the shipping provider.

If a shipment is returned due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, incorrect address details, repeated failed delivery attempts or other customer-related reasons, OccultHope may charge additional shipping, handling, packaging or re-dispatch costs before arranging a subsequent delivery attempt.

Customers are advised to inspect products immediately upon delivery. If the package appears visibly damaged, tampered with, opened or materially defective, the customer should record photographic evidence and notify OccultHope within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Failure to report such issues within the prescribed period may affect eligibility for investigation or replacement.

OccultHope shall not be responsible for damage occurring after successful delivery, improper storage, misuse, mishandling, environmental exposure, accidental breakage or any alteration made by the customer after receipt of the product.

This Return & Replacement Policy governs the return, replacement and resolution of issues relating to physical products purchased through the OccultHope website. This Policy applies only to tangible products delivered to customers and does not apply to consultations, spiritual guidance services, digital products, downloadable content, personalized reports or any other non-physical services offered through the Platform. By placing an order for a physical product through OccultHope, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to this Return & Replacement Policy.

OccultHope does not provide returns, replacements or refunds solely because a customer changes their mind after purchase, no longer wishes to keep a product, has personal preferences regarding appearance, texture, colour, weight or size, disagrees with spiritual interpretations associated with the product or does not experience the anticipated spiritual, symbolic or personal significance from the product. As clearly stated in the Product Disclaimer, OccultHope does not guarantee any spiritual, emotional, financial, professional or supernatural outcome from the use of any product.

Customers may request a replacement where a product is received in a materially damaged condition, where the wrong product has been delivered or where the product delivered substantially differs from the item ordered. Any request for replacement must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. The request must include clear photographs or videos showing the condition of the package, the shipping label and the product received.

Upon receipt of a replacement request, OccultHope may conduct an internal review and may seek additional information, photographs or documentation from the customer. The customer agrees to cooperate with any reasonable verification process undertaken by OccultHope for the purpose of evaluating the request.

If OccultHope determines, after reasonable review, that a product was delivered in a damaged condition due to shipping, packaging defects or supplier error, OccultHope may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement product, store credit or another suitable remedy. Replacement decisions shall be made based upon available evidence, product availability and operational feasibility.

Products that have been used, altered, modified, damaged after delivery, improperly handled or intentionally damaged shall not be eligible for replacement. Products returned without prior authorization from OccultHope may be refused and returned to the sender at the customer's expense.

OccultHope reserves the right to require the customer to return the disputed product before a replacement is issued. Where return shipment is required, OccultHope shall provide appropriate instructions regarding packaging, shipping and documentation. Failure to comply with such instructions may affect eligibility for replacement.

Customers shall be responsible for safely storing and handling products after delivery. OccultHope shall not be responsible for damage resulting from misuse, accidental breakage, improper storage, environmental exposure, unauthorized modifications or any event occurring after successful delivery.

Where a replacement is approved, OccultHope shall make reasonable efforts to dispatch the replacement product within a reasonable period, subject to inventory availability, operational requirements and shipping-provider schedules. Replacement deliveries shall remain subject to the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

OccultHope reserves the right to reject replacement requests that are fraudulent, repetitive, abusive, unsupported by evidence, inconsistent with available records or otherwise not made in good faith. OccultHope may request additional verification where misuse of the replacement process is suspected.

Nothing contained in this Policy shall limit any rights that may be available to customers under applicable consumer-protection laws. However, customers acknowledge that spiritual products, symbolic products, natural products and handcrafted products may possess characteristics that differ from mass-produced commercial goods.
