By accessing, browsing, registering, booking consultations, purchasing services or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

OccultHope is an online platform that facilitates access to spiritual, interpretive and belief-based consultation services including tarot reading, numerology consultation, astrology-related guidance, spiritual advisory services, crystal recommendations, yantra recommendations, relationship guidance, career guidance, educational content and other similar services. The Platform acts solely as a booking, scheduling and information platform and does not itself provide medical, legal, psychiatric, financial or professional advisory services.

The services available through OccultHope are intended solely for spiritual guidance, self-reflection, personal insight, educational and entertainment purposes. Users expressly acknowledge that tarot reading, numerology, astrology and similar practices are belief-based systems and involve subjective interpretations. The information, opinions and recommendations provided by practitioners are personal interpretations and should not be considered statements of fact, guarantees of future events or substitutes for professional advice.

OccultHope does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, effectiveness or outcome of any consultation, interpretation, recommendation, prediction or spiritual guidance provided through the Platform. Users understand and agree that no specific result, success, reconciliation, relationship outcome, business growth, financial gain, healing, protection, marriage, career advancement or any other outcome is promised or guaranteed. Any reliance placed on consultations, predictions or recommendations is entirely at the User’s own risk.

Users acknowledge that all decisions made after obtaining guidance through the Platform remain solely their own responsibility. OccultHope shall not be liable for any action, omission, decision, financial transaction, emotional response, business decision, relationship choice, legal proceeding, medical matter or consequence arising directly or indirectly from consultations obtained through the Platform.

OccultHope does not provide medical advice, psychiatric treatment, psychological counselling, legal advice, financial advice, investment recommendations, emergency services or crisis intervention. Users requiring professional assistance are advised to consult appropriately qualified professionals. OccultHope shall not be used as a substitute for professional healthcare, legal representation, financial planning or emergency assistance.

The Platform is intended only for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and are legally competent to enter into binding agreements under applicable law. By using the Platform, the User represents and warrants that all information provided is accurate, complete and truthful. OccultHope reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading or fraudulent information.

Consultations booked through OccultHope may be conducted through third-party communication platforms including but not limited to WhatsApp, Google Meet, Zoom, telephone networks or any other communication platform mutually selected by the practitioner and the User. OccultHope does not own, control, manage or operate such third-party communication services. Users acknowledge that such services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies and operational practices. OccultHope shall not be responsible for technical failures, recording features, security incidents, privacy issues, service interruptions or any other matter arising from the use of third-party communication platforms.

Users agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates applicable laws. Users shall not engage in harassment, abuse, threats, fraudulent conduct, impersonation, extortion, offensive communication, illegal occult activities, black magic requests, harmful conduct or any activity intended to interfere with the operation of the Platform. OccultHope reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account engaged in prohibited conduct.

All fees for consultations and services must be paid in advance through approved payment methods. Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment service providers. OccultHope does not store debit card details, credit card information, banking passwords, UPI PINs or similar sensitive payment credentials. Prices may be revised from time to time without prior notice.

Due to the personalized and interpretive nature of spiritual consultation services, consultation fees are generally non-refundable. Dissatisfaction with predictions, interpretations, recommendations or outcomes shall not constitute grounds for refund. Missed appointments, late attendance or failure to participate in scheduled consultations may result in forfeiture of consultation fees. Any refund or rescheduling request shall be considered solely at the discretion of OccultHope and subject to the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

All content available on the Platform including text, graphics, logos, branding, consultation formats, website design, educational materials, videos, articles, software, layouts, trademarks and intellectual property is owned by or licensed to OccultHope and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users shall not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, republish, commercially exploit or otherwise misuse any content without prior written permission.

Users agree not to record, reproduce, publish, distribute or commercially exploit consultations, communications, practitioner content or proprietary materials obtained through the Platform without prior written consent. Unauthorized recording or publication may result in legal action and account termination.

OccultHope may collect and process personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, Users consent to the collection, storage, processing and use of information necessary for providing services, facilitating bookings, handling payments, resolving disputes, improving services and complying with legal obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OccultHope, its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, consultants, practitioners and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform or reliance upon consultations, guidance, interpretations or recommendations. The total aggregate liability of OccultHope for any claim arising out of the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

The User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless OccultHope, its owners, affiliates, practitioners, employees and representatives from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs and expenses arising from the User’s violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, unlawful conduct, infringement of rights or any dispute involving third parties.

OccultHope reserves the right to modify, update, suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform, services or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms shall become effective immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform, these Terms or any service provided through the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. The proceedings may be conducted in English or Hindi. Subject to the arbitration provisions herein, the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

By continuing to access or use OccultHope, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

This Disclaimer & Risk Policy governs the use of the OccultHope website and all services, consultations, content, recommendations, information, products and communications made available through the Platform. By accessing the website, booking consultations, purchasing services or otherwise using the Platform, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to this Disclaimer & Risk Policy in its entirety.

Future events are uncertain and influenced by numerous factors beyond the control of any practitioner or platform. Consequently, OccultHope makes no representation or warranty regarding the realization, occurrence or accuracy of any prediction, interpretation or anticipated outcome.

OccultHope does not guarantee marriage, reconciliation, relationship success, financial prosperity, career advancement, business growth, academic achievement, family harmony, spiritual development, protection from harm, removal of obstacles, recovery from difficulties, success in legal matters or any other specific outcome. Any references to possible future events, opportunities, challenges or circumstances are merely interpretive opinions and should not be treated as assurances or promises.

The services available through OccultHope are not intended to replace professional advice. OccultHope does not provide medical advice, psychiatric treatment, psychological counselling, therapy, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, financial planning, investment recommendations or emergency services. The Platform strictly prohibits fraudulent representations, fear-based selling practices, coercive conduct, manipulation, black magic claims, miracle guarantees, promises of supernatural results or any activity that may violate applicable laws. OccultHope does not control, operate or manage such platforms and shall not be responsible for their privacy practices, recording features, security systems, technical failures, interruptions or data-processing activities.

Users acknowledge that spiritual consultations may involve discussions concerning personal matters, emotions, relationships, family circumstances, career concerns, aspirations or life challenges. OccultHope does not guarantee that users will agree with, benefit from or be satisfied with any consultation, interpretation or recommendation. Dissatisfaction with a consultation, prediction or spiritual opinion shall not by itself constitute grounds for legal liability, compensation or refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OccultHope, its owners, operators, affiliates, practitioners, consultants, employees and representatives disclaim all liability arising from reliance upon consultations, predictions, recommendations, interpretations, articles, content, communications or services provided through the Platform. Users accept full responsibility for their own decisions, actions, conduct and outcomes.

OccultHope shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses, business losses, relationship disputes, emotional distress, reputational harm, missed opportunities, dissatisfaction with consultations or any outcome allegedly connected to information obtained through the Platform.

By accessing or using OccultHope, the user expressly acknowledges that spiritual guidance is subjective, interpretive and belief-based in nature; that no guarantees are provided regarding outcomes or future events; and that all services are accepted voluntarily and at the user's own discretion and risk.

If a user does not agree with any provision of this Disclaimer & Risk Policy, they must immediately discontinue use of the website and all associated services.

This Disclaimer & Risk Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India and shall be read together with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of OccultHope.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all consultations, bookings, appointments, digital services, spiritual guidance sessions and related services offered through the OccultHope website. By booking a consultation, making a payment or using any paid service available through the Platform, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

OccultHope provides personalized spiritual guidance, tarot consultations, numerology consultations, astrology-related interpretations and other belief-based advisory services. Such services are customized for individual users and involve the reservation of practitioner time, expertise and availability. Accordingly, users acknowledge that the services provided through the Platform are digital, personalized and interpretive in nature.

Upon successful payment and booking confirmation, OccultHope reserves consultation slots and allocates practitioner resources specifically for the user. For this reason, all consultation bookings shall generally be treated as non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by OccultHope.

Users acknowledge that spiritual consultations involve subjective interpretations, personal opinions and belief-based guidance. Dissatisfaction with a consultation, disagreement with a practitioner, failure of a prediction to materialize, disagreement with interpretations, dissatisfaction with recommendations or dissatisfaction with outcomes shall not constitute grounds for refund, compensation, reversal of payment or cancellation of completed services.

A user may request cancellation of a consultation prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellation requests received at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled consultation may, at the sole discretion of OccultHope, be eligible for rescheduling or credit toward a future consultation. Requests received less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled appointment may be treated as completed bookings and may not qualify for refund or rescheduling.

Where a user fails to attend a scheduled consultation, fails to answer calls, fails to join the agreed communication platform, remains unavailable at the scheduled time or otherwise does not participate in the consultation without prior notice, such booking shall be treated as a "No Show." No-show appointments shall be deemed completed consultations, and no refund, credit or compensation shall be payable.

If a consultation is interrupted or cannot be completed due to technical issues solely attributable to OccultHope or the assigned practitioner, OccultHope may, at its sole discretion, offer rescheduling, additional consultation time or other reasonable corrective measures. Such situations shall not automatically entitle a user to a monetary refund.

Consultations facilitated through OccultHope may take place through third-party communication platforms including WhatsApp, Google Meet, Zoom, telephone networks or similar services. OccultHope shall not be responsible for failures arising from the user's internet connection, device malfunction, application issues, telecommunication problems, network interruptions, power failures or technical issues beyond the reasonable control of the Platform. Such events shall not ordinarily constitute grounds for refund.

OccultHope reserves the right to cancel or reschedule consultations due to practitioner unavailability, technical issues, emergencies, force majeure events or operational requirements. In such circumstances, users may be offered an alternative appointment, credit or refund, depending upon the circumstances and at the sole discretion of OccultHope.

Where services have already been rendered, whether partially or fully, no refund shall ordinarily be issued. A consultation shall be deemed rendered once the practitioner begins providing guidance, interpretation, advice, recommendations or analysis, regardless of the duration of the consultation completed.

Users are prohibited from initiating false payment disputes, fraudulent chargebacks, unauthorized transaction reversals or bad-faith claims after receiving services. OccultHope maintains detailed booking, payment and communication records and reserves the right to contest chargebacks and provide evidence to payment processors, banks, financial institutions and dispute-resolution authorities.

If a user initiates a fraudulent chargeback, payment reversal or false dispute after receiving services, OccultHope reserves the right to suspend the user's account, refuse future services, recover outstanding amounts, pursue legal remedies and recover reasonable legal costs associated with the dispute.

Refunds, where exceptionally approved by OccultHope, shall generally be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to payment-gateway procedures, banking systems and applicable laws. Processing timelines may vary depending upon financial institutions and third-party service providers.

OccultHope reserves the right to refuse refund requests that are repetitive, abusive, fraudulent, malicious, unreasonable or inconsistent with this Policy. Decisions made by OccultHope regarding refund eligibility shall be final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Nothing contained in this Policy shall limit any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable laws. However, users acknowledge that personalized digital consultation services, once substantially performed, may not be eligible for cancellation or refund under applicable consumer-protection principles.

OccultHope reserves the right to amend, modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any revised version shall become effective immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised terms shall constitute acceptance of the updated Policy.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India and shall be read together with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer & Risk Policy of OccultHope.

This User Consent Declaration forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer & Risk Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy of OccultHope. By accessing the website, booking a consultation, making a payment, submitting personal information or otherwise using the services available through OccultHope, the user expressly acknowledges and agrees to the declarations contained herein.

The user expressly acknowledges that OccultHope does not guarantee marriage, relationship success, reconciliation, business growth, career advancement, financial prosperity, academic success, family harmony, legal success, spiritual progress, protection from negative influences, removal of obstacles or any other personal, professional or spiritual outcome.

The user understands and agrees that OccultHope does not provide medical advice, psychiatric treatment, psychological counselling, therapy, legal advice, financial advice, investment recommendations, tax advice, emergency services or any other regulated professional service. The user agrees to seek appropriate assistance from qualified professionals whenever professional advice or treatment is required.

The user acknowledges that all decisions taken after receiving consultations, interpretations or guidance remain solely their own responsibility. The user agrees that they will exercise independent judgment and will not rely exclusively upon information obtained through OccultHope when making important decisions relating to health, relationships, marriage, business, employment, litigation, education, investments, finances or any other significant matter.

The user voluntarily chooses to use the services available through OccultHope and confirms that no person associated with the Platform has forced, pressured, coerced or induced them to purchase services or rely upon spiritual guidance. The user further confirms that participation in consultations is entirely voluntary.

The user acknowledges that consultations may be conducted through third-party communication platforms including WhatsApp, Google Meet, Zoom, telephone networks or similar communication services. The user understands that such services operate independently and are governed by their own terms, privacy practices and security systems.

The user expressly understands that dissatisfaction with a consultation, disagreement with a prediction, failure of a prediction to materialize, disagreement with a practitioner's opinion or dissatisfaction with the outcome of any consultation shall not automatically entitle the user to a refund, compensation or legal claim against OccultHope.

The user acknowledges that OccultHope does not claim supernatural powers, divine authority, miraculous abilities or the capacity to control future events. The user understands that all spiritual guidance provided through the Platform is intended solely as interpretive opinion and personal belief.

The user consents to the collection, storage and processing of personal information, including birth details and consultation-related information, in accordance with the Privacy Policy of OccultHope. The user further acknowledges that such information may be used for booking consultations, providing services, maintaining records, complying with legal obligations and improving service quality.

The user agrees not to hold OccultHope, its owners, operators, practitioners, employees, affiliates or representatives liable for any personal decisions, financial losses, business consequences, relationship outcomes, emotional reactions, missed opportunities, dissatisfaction, disappointment or any other consequences arising directly or indirectly from consultations or information obtained through the Platform.

By proceeding with a booking, making a payment, clicking an acceptance checkbox, submitting a consultation request or otherwise using the services of OccultHope, the user confirms that they have read, understood and voluntarily accepted this User Consent Declaration in its entirety.

This User Conduct & Safety Policy governs the behaviour and responsibilities of all users accessing or using the OccultHope website, services, consultations, communications and related features. This Policy is intended to promote a safe, respectful and lawful environment for users, practitioners and platform administrators. By using OccultHope, the user agrees to comply with this Policy at all times.

OccultHope is committed to maintaining a professional and respectful environment. Users are expected to interact with practitioners, customer-support representatives and platform personnel in a courteous, respectful and lawful manner. Any conduct that interferes with the safety, dignity, privacy or professional independence of practitioners or other users may result in disciplinary action, suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.

Users shall not engage in harassment, abuse, intimidation, threats, discriminatory conduct, offensive behaviour, stalking, bullying, defamation, obscene communication, sexually explicit communication, hate speech or any conduct that a reasonable person would consider offensive, harmful or inappropriate. OccultHope reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether particular conduct violates this Policy.

Users shall not use the Platform to request, encourage, facilitate or participate in any unlawful activity. This includes but is not limited to criminal activity, fraud, extortion, harassment of third parties, unlawful surveillance, identity theft, forgery, cybercrime, blackmail, coercion or any conduct prohibited by applicable laws.

OccultHope strictly prohibits requests relating to black magic, harmful occult practices, revenge rituals, coercive spiritual practices, attempts to influence third parties without consent, curses, hexes, harmful rituals, illegal supernatural claims or any activity intended to cause harm, fear, distress or unlawful consequences to another person. Any request of this nature may result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required by law.

Users shall not seek consultations for the purpose of harassing, controlling, manipulating, threatening, monitoring or interfering with the rights or freedoms of another person. OccultHope services are intended solely for personal guidance, self-reflection and lawful purposes.

Users are expected to provide accurate, complete and truthful information while creating accounts, booking consultations and communicating through the Platform. Submission of false information, impersonation of another person, use of fake identities or misrepresentation of personal details may result in suspension or termination of access.

Users shall not upload, transmit, publish or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, invasive of privacy, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable. OccultHope reserves the right to remove content and restrict access where necessary to protect users and the integrity of the Platform.

Users are prohibited from recording, reproducing, publishing, distributing, sharing or commercially exploiting consultations, practitioner communications or proprietary content without prior written authorization. Unauthorized recording or publication of consultations may constitute a violation of privacy rights and intellectual-property rights and may result in legal action.

Consultations facilitated through OccultHope may take place through third-party communication platforms such as WhatsApp, Google Meet, Zoom, telephone networks or other communication services selected by practitioners and users. Users are expected to maintain respectful conduct during such communications. Any misconduct occurring during consultations may be treated as a violation of this Policy even if the consultation takes place through a third-party communication platform.

Users shall not pressure, solicit, encourage or attempt to induce practitioners to provide services outside the Platform for the purpose of bypassing booking systems, payment systems or Platform policies. Users are further prohibited from requesting personal contact information, private meetings, personal relationships or any interaction unrelated to legitimate consultation services.

Any communication, transaction or relationship established independently outside the Platform shall be undertaken solely at the risk and responsibility of the individuals involved. OccultHope shall not be liable for any dispute, misconduct, fraud, exploitation, financial loss, emotional harm or other consequence arising from off-platform interactions.

Users shall not engage in fraudulent payment practices, unauthorized payment reversals, chargeback abuse, false refund requests, payment manipulation or any conduct intended to obtain services without proper payment. OccultHope reserves the right to contest chargebacks, suspend accounts and pursue legal remedies where fraudulent conduct is suspected.

Users shall not submit false complaints, malicious allegations, fabricated grievances or misleading reports against practitioners, administrators or the Platform. OccultHope supports genuine complaints and concerns; however, knowingly false complaints may result in account restrictions, denial of services and legal action where appropriate.

Users acknowledge that OccultHope provides belief-based and interpretive services only. Users shall not threaten, harass or attempt to hold practitioners personally responsible because a prediction did not materialize, an interpretation was not satisfactory or a consultation did not produce an expected outcome. Differences of opinion, dissatisfaction with spiritual guidance or disagreement with interpretations shall not justify abusive behaviour toward practitioners or Platform personnel.

OccultHope reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this Policy and may take appropriate action including warnings, temporary suspension, permanent termination of accounts, cancellation of bookings, restriction of services, reporting to authorities or initiation of legal proceedings where necessary.

OccultHope reserves the right to amend, modify or update this User Conduct & Safety Policy at any time. Any revised version shall become effective immediately upon publication on the website.
